This Privacy Notice is for entrants to a competition run by Noble Futures (The Promoter) and prize supplied by Improve International Ltd (The Supplier) and explains how both the Promoter and the Supplier collects, uses and processes your personal data and explains your rights in relation to the data.

How your personal data is collected

We collect your data from the information you provide us with when you enter a competition run by Noble Futures.

How we use your personal data

Your data will be used for the purposes of managing and administering the competition, including notifying you if you are a winner. Your data will also be used for promotional marketing purposes by both the Promoter and the Supplier. Your data will not be shared, sold or disclosed by either the Promoter or the Supplier.

Legal basis for processing your personal data

The Promoter and the Supplier uses a range of legal bases to process your personal data including:

Necessary for the performance of a contract – the processing is necessary for the purpose of managing and administering the competition.

Legitimate interests – the processing is necessary to allow Promoter to administer the competition, to ensure that the competition is run fairly and to contact the competition winners.

Public Task – the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

How long is your personal data kept

We will keep your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose of administering the competition. Your data will also be added to the Promoter and the Supplier’s promotional mailing lists, which you can opt-out of at any time.

Your rights as a Data Subject

As a data subject, you have the right to:

access and obtain a copy of your data on request;

require Promoter or Supplier to change incorrect or incomplete data;

require Promoter or Supplier to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing;

object to the processing of your data where Promoter or Supplier is relying on its legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing; and

Ask Promoter or Supplier to stop processing data for a period if data is inaccurate or there is a dispute about whether or not your interests override Promoter or Supplier’s legitimate grounds for processing data.
