We are recruiting three Customer Service Advisor's for our client’s Pet Insurance business based in the South of England.

 These roles are working Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with some flexibility. There are some fantastic benefits including holiday of 22 days which increases to up to a max of 25 on each year of service. Job Description:

A Global Animal Health business with over 10,000 employees worldwide and revenue of 8 billion is looking for a Ruminant Technical Support Manager to join them.

Primarily we are looking for an Animal Nutritionist or Vet or Animal Scientist who has some ruminant experience in a Nutritionist role ideally within a Premix/Feed company.  In this role you will provide technical support for customers and internal colleagues including product advice. Ration formulation for all ruminant species.

  • Specialise in key nutritional areas eg grassland management, sheep, beef, mineral nutrition
  • Link with R&D teams to progress global technical innovations
  • Involvement in the development of local technical innovation and solutions to benefit the future of the GB market
  • Support internal procedures such as trials, laboratory data review, formulation package management, campaign development and nutritional training
  • Keep up to date with nutritional/legislative literature and requirements
  • Develop new and innovative products, tools or services to meet customer requirements.
  • Good understanding of data review and interpretation
  • Ability to set up and run farm evaluation studies and analyse data
  • Well developed communication skills – oral and written
  • Organised and methodical
  • Practical and solution based
  • Self motivated and enjoys a challenge

Qualifications

  • Degree in Animal Nutrition/Animal Science/Veterinary
  • Some experience in nutritionist/similar advisory role preferable
  • Sound understanding of Ruminant Nutrition
  • Basic understanding of Monogastric nutrition useful not essential

National Sales Manager France. Veterinary Industry

Due to growth a privately-owned product development, sales and distribution company, representing some small niche products but also some of the biggest names in pharma, is for the first time looking for a National Sales Manager for France.

Ideally you will be a native French speaker and have some veterinary industry experience.

This is a work from home position with home office and field based sales activities.

Currently comprised of 4 separate companies across 3 Geographies servicing clients’ needs at both vet and merchant levels. There is an existing very strong regulatory affairs and technical services team.

This new position is part of a structured plan as the company is expanding rapidly and therefore requires a National Sales Manager for France to help achieve the growth strategy. Over the last 2 years the company has grown 15% & 20% respectively so is very much on an upwards curve in terms of growth.

The Role:

  • Establish a network and drive sales across the territory.

  • Be responsible for an agreed portfolio of Animal Health Accounts in France.
  • Identify and drive growth in the market.
  • Provide senior management with support as required.
    • 1. To work closely with the Sales, Technical and Marketing teams in managing all commercial activities
    • 2. Ensure sales targets are achieved in a cost-effective manner
    • 3. To ensure technical training & support is provided to customers and prospects in line with commercial objectives
    • 4. To be fully aware of developments in the Animal Health industry and to monitor all competitor activity.
    • 5. To attend and participate in relevant industry conferences, working groups & meetings To be successful in the role you should have a strong understanding of veterinary pharmaceutical sales and route to market in France.

You should have a strong command of both the English and French language.

Veterinary Technical Services Manager Ruminant IRELAND

Job Description:

A Global Animal Health Pharmaceutical Company is looking to recruit a Large Animal Veterinary Surgeon for a Technical Services role.

The ideal candidate will have good experience within a Large Animal Practice and could have 2-3 years within Technical Services.

The most important aspect is practical experience and knowledge of the Irish veterinary and farming industries,  especially dairy.

Marketing experience would be a bonus but is less essential

We will consider applicants straight from practice.

Within this role, you will be responsible for the Technical Support of the Commercial Team for Ireland for the Ruminant Product Portfolio. You will work closely with the company's Sales and Internal Marketing teams to deliver technical aspects of the products to both internal teams and to customers.

This role would suit somebody who has a strong business acumen and in an existing technical services/advisory role.

Extensive travel within Ireland will be required within this role and sometimes further within Europe.
